Online Booking

A deposit is now required for all existing and new clients to make online bookings with us.

Deposits will vary in cost depending on which services you are booking.

How does it work?

The booking deposit will be deducted from the total balance of your completed appointment.

If you change your appointment within our cancellation policy timeframe, the deposit you have paid will be transferred to your next booking with us.

If you do not meet our cancellation and booking policy requirements your booking deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Deposit Cost

Haircuts a 50% deposit is required

$50 deposit required for colour packages under $200.

$100 deposit required for colour packages between $200-$300

$150 deposit required for colour packages $300 +

New Colour Clients

We welcome new colour clients, however we require you to have a complimentary consultation prior to booking any colour service.

During this complimentary appointment our senior stylists will go through your previous colour history, what you would like to achieve and any concerns or questions you may have.

If you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment.

Our priority is making sure our salon environment is safe due to how closely we work with our clients, and making sure we keep everyone including our team healthy.

We pride ourselves on our high standard of cleanliness. Our staff sanitise before and after each client, our equipment and salon space are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised through-out the working day.

We ask all customers and clients that enter into the salon to please sanitise your hands upon arrival.

Cancellations

All clients will receive an sms reminder, including the appointment details 48hours prior to the scheduled booking.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we require notice 36 hours in advance.

If less than 36 hours notice is given you will be expected to pay a fee of 50% of your appointment cost.

You will be unable to make any future appointments with us until the fee has been paid.

We are a locally owned and operated business, please respect that no shows or late cancellations affect us greatly.
